My wife and I had a fire in our home last July. We were introduced to both Steve and Maurice with Eastern Adjustment Group and were immediately impressed by their assessment of the damages, professionalism, and expertise. We have since referred Eastern to many of our colleagues and friends. They were extremely communicative and found it hard for us during the entire process.

On September 19, 2022, I received a call from one of my tenants informing me that there had been a fire at my rental property. There was significant damage to the property but thank God no one was injured or killed. Mr. Steven Johnson & Mr. Maurice Whitaker are THE BOMB!!!!! To say they both went above and beyond for me is an understatement. They both were very professional and personable all at the same time. Any questions or concerns that I had was answered in a timely manner. When the renter's insurance company I had tried to railroad me, Steven & Maurice stepped in and made it happen. Mr. Johnson & Mr. Whitaker are the best. They both worked diligently to obtain what I was owed by my insurance company despite the obstacles that was presented to them. Thank you Steve for everything ! Steve made my claim so hassle free answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I am a first time homeowner and I didn’t understand anything about the homeowners insurance policy that my grandfather purchased on my home. But Steve looked over my policy and explained everything in detail told me what steps to expect and he got the job done hassle free.
