On September 19, 2022, I received a call from one of my tenants informing me that there had been a fire at my rental property. There was significant damage to the property but thank God no one was injured or killed. After seeing the devastation, I was unsure whether my insurance would cover the loss, and I didn't know whom to trust among the several individuals who offered their services.



In the aftermath of things settling down, I was approached by Mr. Steve Johnson of Eastern Adjustment Group, LLP. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the insurance business, how claims work, and the difference between insurance adjusters and public adjusters (who advocate primarily on behalf of the client). He was friendly, forthright, and very knowledgeable. The fact that he did not try to sell me anything made me feel comfortable speaking with him. During his presentation, he presented cases he had settled and the noticeable differences in claim amounts offered by insurance companies. It was a great decision to hire him on the spot. I am pleased to recommend Mr. Johnson as a true professional and a man of his word. You won't be disappointed.

Mr. Steven Johnson & Mr. Maurice Whitaker are THE BOMB!!!!! To say they both went above and beyond for me is an understatement. They both were very professional and personable all at the same time. Any questions or concerns that I had was answered in a timely manner. When the renter's insurance company I had tried to railroad me, Steven & Maurice stepped in and made it happen. Mr. Johnson & Mr. Whitaker are the best. They both worked diligently to obtain what I was owed by my insurance company despite the obstacles that was presented to them. Steve has been a godsend! My rental property had a significant fire, a six-figure loss, not to mention I live more than 2 hours from this property. I would personally recommend Eastern Adjustment Group and Steve Johnson's services to anyone in need.
